At this point one of two things will happen:
1) If the order is approved by the bank AND this is the clients' first order, you will see a page asking the client to "validate" as shown in diagram A below. Please have the client write down the Toll-Free Validation Phone Number and their Personal ID Number. Do not transfer the client to this number. Hang up the phone. They are now required to call the Validation Phone Number from their home phone number, or the phone number that they registered when creating their Account. When the client calls the Validation phone number they will receive their PIN number(s) and instructions.
Additionally, the client now has an established account and they will be able to log in and view their past order history. Please inform the client to write down the email address and password so that they may use it again in the future.
Please be sure to tell the client that "This will appear on their credit/debit card as a charge from PhoneShark.com®."
2) If the order is NOT approved by the bank, you will be shown an error message as shown in diagram B below. This message will provide a reason for the problem and state that the transaction was not approved. If the card is declined please instruct the client to call their bank or to call PhoneShark.com® directly to try to resolve the problem.
