If for any reason your phone card purchased from PhoneShark.com does not rate as shown on our site, we will credit you for the difference. Simply contact us and let us know which PIN was not rating correctly. We will promptly do 1)Fix the rate in our system to the correct rate as determined by the provider of the phonecard; 2)Issue you a credit for the amount that would effectively give you the rate as advertised on our site.
Here is an example of our policy. Say you purchase a $20 phonecard from our site and we display the rate as $0.10 per minute. You are to receive 200 minutes. However, if you only receive 100, we will credit you $10.00 so as to bring the rate back to the advertised $.10 per minute.
Please notify us immediately of any rate discrepancy and we will Guarantee the advertised rate. We reserve the right to credit only one pin for the first call only. In other words, if you discover a rate error, do not take advantage of our policy by making repeated calls at the wrong rate and then ask us to reimburse you for all of the calls.
