Billing cycles start on the day of activation and end expiration days later. Customer will receive full plan minutes to start and must add another pin before the expiration period. Night & Weekend Calling is from 9 PM to 7AM weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday. If at any time you run out of your plan minutes you may purchase an Overage Pin. This will give the customer extra minutes of airtime until their next full cycle begins. Please do not add more than 1 Overage Pin at a time. New $20 Overage Cards are billed at 20¢ per minute which gives the customer 100 extra minutes. Customers may only add one $20 overage card per month. Additional cards will be billed at 50¢ per minute. 411 Directory Assistance is $1.25 + airtime deducted at 10 minutes per minute of airtime. Wireless Web Access is $0.50 per transaction plus airtime. Additional Plan Minutes is $0.20/minute. Using 411 Directory Assistance and/or Wireless Web Access without a cash balance on your account can result in suspension of your wireless service. Q: What happens if I do not load another plan by the 28th of the month? A: O Mobile PCS will give you a 5 day grace period past the 28th. If you load another plan during the grace period O Mobile PCS will prorate your minutes by the number of days remaining in your day billing cycle. On the 6th day past the 28th, your cellular phone number will be lost and you will be subjected to a $25 Reactivation fee. Q How do I know when my plan is going to expire? A: All plans start on the 29th of the month and end on the 28th of the following month. O Mobile PCS will send you a series of text messages to remind you that the 28th of the month is near and you must load another plan on or before that day. Please Note: Whether you load another plan on or before the 28th of the month, your new plan will not start until the 29th. Q Can I choose my own phone number? A: No, the number will be provided for you automatically. Q Can I use my phone in other states? A: O Mobile PCS gives you the option to call from anywhere in the states. |
